A session will include background information about energy, a short guided meditation to ground your energy and open your Crown Chakra, and then attention to each individual energy center. This focus may bring intuitive messages from Angels, guides or loved ones.

My name is Sarah Drewing. I have been on the Energy Healing path for over 15 years. I have a background of Usui Reiki and Angel Reiki styles. I worked as a Certified Personal Trainer for over 25 years, I believe this experience has helped me be in tune with my physical body to be receptive to messages and feeling energy. I'm passionate about all things vibration-raising: Oils, incense, crystals, stones, meditation, music, energy sessions, great friends, laughter, smiles and gratitude to name a few. I embrace the experience of teaching children about energy. They need to know how powerful they are and what master creators they came here to be.
My journey has taken me over and through hundreds of books, videos, workshops, experiences and conversations all relevant to helping others move along their path.
