Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things. Sessions are a tool to relax the body and clear the mind. The intention is to raise your vibration to heal and repair your body, reduce stress and anxiety, and balance your energy centers.
A session will include background information about energy, a short guided meditation to ground your energy and open your Crown Chakra, and then attention to each individual energy center. This focus may bring intuitive messages from Angels, guides or loved ones.

My name is Sarah Drewing. I have been on the Energy Healing path for over 10 years. I have a background of Usui Reiki and Angel Reiki styles. I worked as a Certified Personal Trainer for over 20 years, I believe this experience has helped me be in tune with my physical body to be receptive to messages and feeling energy.
